Payable at the end of the year. 5.Employees and officers of Braham Auctions, LLC and auctioneers are permitted to take part in any auction (where permissible), including bidding on items for sale and consigning products. 6. The Auction will be conducted as a Reserve Auction. Auctioneer has the right to accept or refuse any and all opening bids. 7.Any item or condition not covered here under will be determined at the discretion of the Auctioneer. 8.Auctioneer has the last and final say on how things are sold, including but not limited to how items are grouped, what opening bid will be and how items are auctioned off. 9.All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS.
