Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of item or items is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer You MUST make an appointment to schedule your pickup date and time. A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Great Deals and Steals after the sale concludes. Please have your invoice number handy when you come for pickup. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms. PICKUP will be by appointment. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT at the end of the auction or other arrangements agreeable to seller. If not picked up by Friday noon after auction ends (or other arrangements agreed to) you will forfeit the item(s) with NO REFUND
