As stated in the terms & conditions, all items are "AS IS" and we encourage viewing, but if there are issues with the item we will usually take it back and refund you, EXCEPT for items that have "As Is" or "Used" in front of the title, those are non-returnable. For the items not declared as such, if something is wrong, you must do so within 4 business days of the date of the Auction (not when you picked up). IMPORTANT- If you see the red X in the upper left corner of a lot - Your bid is multiplied by however many items are in the lot. Example "x2" is multiplied by 2 .
