Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding opens 5/16/2024 @ 3:00 P.M. CST-See terms and conditions for exact closing times. Auction will start a soft close on 6/6/2024 at 5:00 PM CST. Auction lots are spaced by 2 minutes and this auction is set to have a 'soft close' - meaning any lot receiving a bid in last 5 minutes of lot close, lot will be extended by 2 minutes. Pickup on Saturday, June 8 from 10:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Pickup location is 3212 5th Ave N, Fort Dodge, IA 50501. 1. Klingson-Farnham Auction does not test or guarantee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in its "As Is" condition. 2. All sales are final. Cash or Check payments must be preapproved by auctioneer prior to day of auction closing. 3. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS. 4. Removal is buyer's responsibility. Please bring boxes/bins- Buyer MUST bring enough help/manpower to lift any heavy objects! 5. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids. 6. Please Note: Klingson-Farnham Auction assumes no liability for the accuracy of the description of the items being offered. If you, the buyer, are relying solely on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding on the item and determine what you believe is the asset being offered. No refunds for Buyer's Remorse if they think it is an item that it is not. 7. We will Charge the card on file IMMEDIATELY after the close of an auction.. The credit card charge of 3% is included with the Buyer's premium. If you are approved to pay by cash or check, the 3% CC charge will be deducted from your invoice at close of auction. 8. Purchases can be picked up on the specificed date and and time. If you are unable to pickup on the specified date, contact the auctioneer for an alternative date. Shipping will be available - please notifiy autioneer if you require shipping for SMALLER ITEMS ONLY that will fit in a priority mail box . Buyer agrees to pay shipping and handling charges of $20.00 per hour with a minimum of $5.00 per item. 9. Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited. They will then become the property of Klingson-Farnham Auction, with no refunds. By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered a legal contract; Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or fraudulent Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Klingson-Farnham Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction. 10. Buyers will hold harmless the Seller and/or Klingson-Farnham Auction when they arrive and remove their assets. Buyers may have to at their own discretion use equipment and tools that could be harmful to themselves (falling off ladders or using power tools for examples) and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.
